Altitude IT Remote Access Tool

In order to fix your issue quickly and efficiently, we can, with your permission, access your workstation remotely. If you require remote assistance, call us on 1300-889-599 and we will give you a once off 6-digit PIN to enter below. Once you enter the PIN, we will be able to access your workstation remotely until you end the session.
