Altitude IT can provide your business with solutions to all its IT support needs, at a very reasonable price. We specialise in Windows Small Business Server environments, but can help you no matter how large or small your business is.

Business service fees:

Weekdays (9am - 6pm):          $135.00 per hour

After hours and Saturdays:     $195.00 per hour*

Sundays and Public Holidays: $250.00 per hour*

* All jobs are charged at half-hour increments

Non-urgent jobs that can be booked with 48 hours notice receive a discount rate of $120 per hour. To benefit from this rate, please request it when booking.

A callout fee is charged on all jobs where travel is required. The fee depends on the distance travelled from our office (located in Artarmon).

Callout Fees:

Zone 1: $45.00

Zone 2: $60.00

Zone 3: $75.00

Although we can fix problems at our workshop, we usually find issues are more easily solved in the environment in which they occur.

Unfortunately, unless pre-arranged, Altitude IT does not perform jobs outside Sydney.

Phone Rates

Phones support is charged at normal service rates. Any problems requiring less than 15mins support are not charged.
