Will you alert me if my server is down?

How fast can you resolve my IT issue?
Depending on the nature of the incident, we aim to resolve small issues within a few minutes, whilst more complex tasks will be escalated to the appropriate engineer. We have a proven track record of resolving 90% of all issues we receive within the same day and for more complex tasks we work around the clock to get them resolved.
Can you give me advice on which software I need to use in my business?
Most of the time we can assist you with general enquiries about using common most businesses need. This includes settings up a website, email accounts and other standard operating software. Other times if you need more specialised applications such as NetApp or SAP, we may need to refer you to more specialised companies who deal with these software every day.
What if I call you on weekend or after hours?
Our after-hours voicemail is monitored by a dedicated staff member and we will call you back for any urgent queries. Other non critical issues will be looked at on the next business day.
